Sorino.AI is a brand surface for the AI agent platform built by KwickBlocks. This page does not yet host an active product. Our hosting provider produces standard server log entries (request URL, user agent, and IP address for security purposes).
Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site so we can improve it. We collect anonymised usage data: the pages you view, your approximate location (derived from your IP, which Google does not share with us in full), your device and browser type, the campaign or link that referred you, and the actions you take here — such as viewing pricing or starting the sign-up.
Analytics cookies are set only after you accept via the consent banner. You can decline with no loss of functionality, and you can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site’s cookies in your browser. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Spam and abuse prevention
Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated script. To make that check, Cloudflare receives technical information from your browser — such as your IP address, user agent and a limited set of browser characteristics — and returns a single-use token that our server verifies. Cloudflare states that Turnstile does not use this information for advertising or cross-site tracking. You can read Cloudflare’s privacy policy and its Turnstile FAQ for the detail.
This is a security measure and is separate from the optional analytics described above: it runs on our forms whether or not you accept analytics cookies, because without it we cannot keep automated abuse off them.
When you get in touch
When you submit the Get Started or Pricing form, we receive only the information you provide (name, hotel, email and your role) so we can contact you about getting set up. If you complete the Guest Answer Score, we also receive the answers you gave and the score they produce, so we can send you the follow-up on what it means for your hotels. We do not sell any of it on.
Once the agent platform is generally available, a full privacy statement will replace this placeholder. In the meantime, write to hello@sorino.ai with any specific question and we’ll answer it directly.
